Our project aimed to streamline the client's appointment management by integrating Calendly, Pipedrive (special extended 30-day trial) and SalesMessage through Zapier. The client used Calendly for appointment scheduling and had a Ninja form on their website for membership applications. We addressed the challenge of inconsistent deal distribution and manual appointment notifications.

We consolidated lead generation points into Calendly as the primary contact method.
